Students can refer to the following sample descriptive essays on a main character in an animated film:

Sample 1: Describe Peter Pan in the Animated Film Peter Pan

Have you ever wished you would never have to grow up, to forever live in the world of childhood and adventure with friends? That is exactly the life of Peter Pan – the boy from Neverland in the animated film Peter Pan. With a mischievous personality, bravery, and a kind heart, Peter Pan has become one of my favorite animated characters.

Peter Pan has a small, agile body full of energy. He always wears a neat green outfit, with a hat adorned with a red feather, looking very stylish. His bright blue eyes always shine with intelligence and mischief. Most notably, Peter Pan has a very special ability – he can fly! With outstretched arms and a confident smile, he can glide through clouds, cross oceans, and explore new lands.

Peter Pan is the leader of the Lost Boys – boys who never grow up. He is cheerful, humorous, and always guides his friends on exciting adventures. Not only that, but he is also very brave, ready to fight the evil Captain Hook to protect his friends. Despite seeming stubborn and slightly arrogant, deep down, Peter Pan is a boy with a warm heart, always caring for and loving those around him.

Peter Pan has taken me to a magical world where dreams take flight and childhood is always vibrant. He teaches me that, even as we grow up, we can still retain innocence, a rich imagination, and courage in our hearts.

Sample 2: Describe the Boy Tarzan in the Animated Film Tarzan

The animated character I am most impressed with is Tarzan – the boy raised by a group of monkeys in the dense jungle.

Tarzan has a sturdy body with tanned skin. He has long brown hair, bright eyes as sharp as a leopard's. Living in the jungle since childhood, Tarzan is very agile, can climb trees like a monkey, and even knows how to communicate with animals using strange calls. He wears a simple loincloth made of leaves, fitting perfectly with the wild life.

Despite growing up in the green forest, Tarzan has a kind heart. He loves all animals and considers them his family. When humans appear and threaten the dense jungle, Tarzan bravely stands up to protect his homeland and his monkey friends.

Tarzan's story makes me understand that nature is also a precious home, and humans need to appreciate and protect it. Tarzan is not only an interesting animated character but also a role model for courage and love.

Sample 3: Describe the Girl Elsa in the Animated Film Frozen

In the famous animated film Frozen, the character I admire most is Queen Elsa – who has the miraculous power to control ice and snow.

Elsa has lustrous blonde hair and blue eyes like the winter sky. She always wears a long shimmering blue dress, looking like a fairy in a fairy tale world. Elsa's hands can create sparkling snowflakes, magnificent ice castles, and even fierce snowstorms.

At first, Elsa was very afraid of her powers, thinking they could harm others. But with the love of her sister Anna, she learned to control and use her powers to protect the kingdom of Arendelle. From a shy girl, Elsa became a strong, responsible queen.

I admire Elsa greatly because she is not only beautiful but also kind and brave. Her story helps me understand that anyone can face challenges, but if you believe in yourself and the love of your family, you can overcome anything.

Sample 4: Describe the Boy Nobita in the Animated Film Doraemon

When it comes to famous animated films, everyone surely knows about Doraemon – the movie about a robotic cat from the future and the clumsy boy, Nobita. Although not smart or strong, Nobita is the character I highly admire for his sincerity, kindness, and perseverance.

Nobita is small and slightly thin. He often wears a yellow t-shirt with blue shorts or blue pants. Nobita has neatly short black hair, big round eyes, and always wears a pair of thick glasses. When he runs, he often trips, his hands and feet clumsy, but this makes him endearing and relatable.

Nobita is a lazy learner, loves to sleep, and often gets bad grades. He is very afraid of his teacher, afraid of his mother's scolding, and is always teased by friends, especially Chaien and Xeiko. However, Nobita is not entirely useless. He has a rich imagination, and an impressive talent for shooting and playing string games. Notably, he is a very kind friend, always helping others and showing love. For this reason, Doraemon – the robotic cat from the future – is always ready to assist him whenever he faces difficulties.

What I like most about Nobita is that despite many failures, he always strives to improve. He might get bad scores today, but he believes tomorrow will be better. He might be bullied, but he is not afraid to stand up for his friends. This optimism and sincerity have made Nobita a beloved and relatable character in my heart.
