8. Confirmation of admission:

- For candidates admitted under the direct admission category, from July 22, 2024, to 17:00 on July 31, 2024, candidates can confirm their admission on the System (those who have confirmed admission will not be allowed to continue registering for NVXT, except as authorized by the head of CSĐT). In case the candidate has not yet determined to enroll, they can continue registering for NVXT on the System or the National Public Service Portal just like other candidates for CSĐT admission. If admitted, candidates will confirm their enrollment according to the general schedule;

- By 17:00 on August 27, 2024, all admitted candidates must complete the online admission confirmation round 1 on the System.

According to Article 22 of the University, College Admissions Regulations in the Early Childhood Education field issued with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT as follows:

- Based on the admission targets and the number of candidates who have confirmed enrollment in majors and training programs, the admissions council of the training institution will consider and decide on additional rounds of admissions.

The training institution will announce the plan, method, and form of registration for additional admission rounds; admission conditions for each major and training program method must not be lower than the previous round's admission conditions.

- Candidates who have not been admitted or have been admitted but have not confirmed enrollment at any institution can register for additional admission rounds according to the training institution's plan and guidance.

- At the end of each admission round, the training institution will announce the admission scores (and any supplemental conditions and criteria, if any) for each major and training program on its website; it will organize the announcement of individual admission results and send admission notices and enrollment instructions to admitted candidates.

Step 1: Log into the Ministry of Education and Training system

Candidates access the website http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn/ to fill in information including ID number, login code, verification code, then click the login button.

Step 2: Check admission results from the lookup menu

Candidates choose the menu and then select the function to check admission results.

Step 3: View admission results

Each university in the candidate's wish list will only have one result of either Pass or Fail. The result will prioritize the candidate's earlier wishes. If the candidate passes the first wish, it will mark "Pass" on the first wish and "Fail" on all remaining wishes. If failing the first wish, the System will continue to evaluate the next wishes.

Step 4: Confirm enrollment

Candidates who pass can confirm their enrollment. Click the icon as shown below to confirm enrollment.

Step 5: Select agree to complete enrollment confirmation

Candidates select agree to confirm enrollment. This means you will not be allowed to enroll in another university.

Step 6: Check enrollment status

After confirming enrollment, if you see a notification in the status box showing you have enrolled, it means you have successfully confirmed enrollment and the university has received the candidate's information. Note that candidates will not be able to cancel the online enrollment confirmation and must contact the university to resolve it.
