| Not having a bank account/e-wallet | - Go to a transaction point of the bank/e-wallet to register an account. In case the candidate is in remote areas, they can go to VNPT Post or Viettel Post points to register a wallet account as well as deposit money or make a payment. - Or ask someone else to make the payment. |
| Having a bank account but not registered for e-banking services | Contact the bank to register for the service or ask someone else to make the payment. |
