Vietnamese citizens from eighteen years old and above; who acknowledge and voluntarily: implement the political platform, the CPV's charter, standards, and obligations of communist party members, operate in a grassroots CPV organization; who prove themselves excellent through practice, trusted by the people, may be considered for admission to the CPV.
