The traditional beauty of the Tree Planting Festival reminds us to be conscious of preserving the ecological environment, making the country increasingly green. After each Tree Planting Festival, the country has hundreds of millions of trees, bringing many benefits to localities, units, and households, contributing to climate regulation and beautifying the landscape of the country. Especially, recently, the complex developments of natural disasters have been caused by the reduction of green areas, ecological pollution. Organizing the Tree Planting Festival well contributes significantly to minimizing climate change, weather, and protecting the ecological environment, creating harmony between humans and nature. Sectors, levels, and every citizen need to raise awareness of environmental protection, raise awareness of afforestation, care, management, and protection of forests. At the same time, we must enhance actions, do whatever is possible to prevent environmental destruction, prevent climate change, especially preventing deforestation and increasing tree cultivation. We must plant a lot of trees to increase forest coverage to protect the environment. This task calls for levels, sectors, agencies, and units to organize the Tree Planting Festival well. Next, to facilitate and achieve effective tree planting, we would like to point out a few reminders and assign specific areas for each unit as follows: * Tree Planting Technique + Some dug holes are still too shallow, with width and depth not meeting the requirements, so we request the community along with the comrades to pay attention and fix them, ensuring each hole has a minimum depth and width of 25 x 25cm. + During the tree planting process, please note to carefully cut the wrapping of the plant ball, place the plant ball right at the center of the hole, ensuring the young tree is upright. Fill with loose soil 2-3 cm above the plant ball and pack firmly enough. What are the collection and management of fees for online extra classes by teachers in Vietnam?
Under Article 7 of Circular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT regulating the collection and management of fees for extra classes:
- The funding for organizing internal extra classes uses state budget sources and other lawful funding sources in accordance with legal regulations.
- The fees for external extra classes shall follow the agreement between the student's parents or guardians with the tutoring center.
- The collection, management, and use of fees for extra classes shall follow financial laws, budget regulations, property management, accounting, taxes, and other relevant legal regulations.
What are the rules of online extra classes in Vietnam?
Under Article 3 of Circular 29/2024/TT-BGDDT, principles for extra classes are stipulated as follows:
- Extra classes are only organized when students wish to attend extra classes and have consent from parents or guardians (hereinafter collectively referred to as parents). Schools, organizations, or individuals organizing extra classes are not allowed to force students into extra classes in any manner.
- The content of extra classes must not contravene the regulations of Vietnamese law, and must not bear biases regarding race, religion, occupation, gender, or social position. There shall be no omission of educational content according to the school's educational plan to include in extra class sessions.
- The purpose of extra classes must contribute to the development of students' qualities and abilities; it must not affect the organization of the school’s education program or the implementation of the subject curriculum by teachers.
- The duration, time, location, and form of organizing extra class sessions must be suitable to the psychological and physical condition of the age group, ensuring students' health; must comply with the legal regulations about working hours, overtime, and other relevant legal regulations concerning security, order, safety, environmental hygiene, and fire prevention in the area where extra classes are held.
