During midterms and final exams, teachers across levels need to provide feedback and assessments for students' study records regarding their abilities, qualities, achievements, and efforts.
Under Clause 2, Article 8 of Circular 22/2021/BDGDT, in the middle of the first semester, class mentors shall cooperate with other teachers teaching in their classes in providing assessment by feedback and display during regular assessment for formation and development of primary traits and capacities of students:
- Excellent: Satisfy requirements for traits under formal education program excellently and display merits.
- Good: Satisfy requirements for traits under formal education program well and display merits but not enough to be placed in the Excellent category.
- Qualified: Satisfy requirements for traits under formal education program.
- Unqualified: Fail to satisfy requirements for traits under formal education program.

- The student needs to improve analytical skills and practice time management skills to achieve better results in upcoming exams.
(4) Unqualified
- The student lacks concentration and has not satisfactorily completed learning tasks. The student's knowledge is limited and shows no initiative in exploring lessons.
- I encourage the student to spend more time reviewing and have a specific study plan to improve results. If the student puts in more effort and determination, I believe there will be significant progress in the future.

- The student is an excellent student with a positive and responsible learning attitude. The student not only completes assignments fully and on time but also always takes the initiative to explore additional knowledge.
- The student demonstrates logical and creative thinking and is very flexible in problem-solving. I hope the student will continue to maintain this performance and further develop!
2. Good
- The student needs to further promote creativity and confidence when sharing opinions in class.
- I believe that with a little persistence and more confidence, the student will achieve better results and advance further in the learning process.
3. Qualified
- The student has a good learning attitude and has completed basic tasks. However, the student's knowledge is not yet secure, and more time is needed to review and consolidate key knowledge.
- I encourage the student to be more self-motivated in studying and concentrate more in class to achieve higher results. With persistence and effort, the student can entirely improve their results.
4. Unqualified
- The student needs to improve learning attitude and concentration in class.
- The student has not completed learning tasks well and needs to spend more time mastering basic knowledge.

- Assess training results of students based on requirements for traits and general capacity by subjects and education level under general programs and requirements for specific capacity under subject program in formal education program.
- Subject teachers shall rely on Point a of this Clause to provide feedback and assess training results, improvement, advantages, and disadvantages of students during training and learning process of the subjects.
- Class advisors shall rely on Point a of this Clause to monitor training and learning process of students; consult feedback and assessment of subject teachers and feedback of students’ parents, relevant, agencies, organizations, and individuals in educating students; instruct students on how to perform self-assessment; provide feedback and assess training results of students based on categories under Clause 2 of this Article.

- Assessment conducted based on providing feedback on training and learning results of students shall be used in regular assessment and periodic assessment via examination and assessment regarding implementation of training and learning tasks of students depending on subject’s characteristics.
