At the end of each semester, teachers at various levels will provide feedback for the student records regarding their abilities, qualities, achievements, and efforts.

In Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular 22/2021/BDGDT, students' learning results by subject are specifically assessed at the following levels:

+ Qualified: When the student attends all examination and assessment under this Circular and obtain assessment at Qualified category.

+ Unqualified: Remaining cases.

Feedback on Mathematics

Qualified:

- The student has completed all tests as required and achieved good results. Continue to hone logical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve higher success.

- The student’s academic performance meets requirements with firm basic math skills. Strive to improve further in the next term.

- The student has completed all tests with good results. The calculation and logical thinking skills are developing well. Keep practicing to tackle more challenging problems.

Unqualified:

- The student has not fully completed the required number of tests and the results do not meet the requirements. Efforts to improve knowledge and basic math skills are needed.

- Results do not meet requirements, necessitating increased review and focus on tests to improve scores.

- The student has not completed the required number of tests and results are below requirements. Increased practice of mathematical formulas and frequent problem solving are needed.
Feedback on Literature

Qualified:

- The student has done well in tests and met requirements. Skills in expression and text analysis have made noticeable progress. Maintain this effort in the next term.

- The student achieved good results in tests, showing a good ability in literary appreciation. Continue to cultivate creative thinking and writing skills.

- The student has completed tests with satisfactory results. The student’s literary appreciation ability is quite good. Continue to foster creativity in writing and work analysis.

Unqualified:

- The student has not completed the required number of tests and results do not meet the necessary standards. Focus more on enhancing reading comprehension and writing skills.

- The student needs to strive to improve writing skills and complete all tests adequately to meet study requirements.

- The student has not fulfilled the required number of tests and results do not meet the necessary standards. Improve skills in work analysis and in articulating ideas more coherently.
Feedback on Chemistry

Qualified:

- Actively participates in class discussions. Shows aptitude in Chemistry. Achieves good academic results.

- Responsible, diligent in fulfilling learning tasks. Active in class discussions. Successfully delivers learning outputs.

- The student is excellent, well-mannered, has a self-discipline in studying, very diligent, always active in group activities, very commendable.

- The student is active, dynamic, performs well in group activities, exercises good self-study awareness, needs to further promote efforts.

- The student always pays attention to the teacher's lectures, diligent, dedicated, has a self-discipline in studying, actively follows the learning plans established by teachers.

Unqualified:

- Self-study ability is not good. Lack of effort in learning. Slow progress.

- The student is weak in problem analysis, not self-motivated, needs to be more diligent to improve scores.

- Not active in learning. Academic results are at an average level.

- Lacks effort and is passive in learning, leading to unsatisfactory results.

- Lack of efforts results in low academic performance.

- Has not tried enough, slow progress in learning process.

- Attempts in learning but is still hesitant, passive in executing learning tasks.

- Self-study ability is not high. Slow progress.
Feedback on Informatics

Qualified:

- Thoroughly understands subject knowledge, performs well in practice.

- Skillful in practical skills.

- Successfully completes course content.

- Applies learned knowledge effectively in practice.

Unqualified:

- Has not completed required demands for the subject, still passive, needs to enhance practical skills.

- Fails to meet the subject requirements, still passive, not self-motivated in learning and group activities, needs to strengthen practical skills.

- Fulfills subject requirements, becomes more proactive in learning, enhances practical training.
Feedback on Technology

Qualified:

- Responsible, diligent in fulfilling learning tasks. Active in class participation. Successfully delivers learning outputs.

- The student is capable of undertaking learning tasks independently, excellent in listening and respecting peers' opinions, confidently expressing personal ideas. The student excels in technology awareness, technology evaluation, and applying technological knowledge and skills.

- The student collaborates well in team to complete tasks, proficient in problem-solving. The student excels in technology awareness, technology evaluation, and applying technological knowledge and skills.

- The student can self-learn and be self-reliant, shows excellent team cooperation, and efficiently undertakes assigned tasks. The student excels in technology awareness, technology evaluation, and applying technological knowledge and skills.

Unqualified:

- Has not completed required demands for the subject, still passive, needs to enhance practical skills.

- Fails to meet the subject requirements, still passive, not self-motivated in learning and group activities, needs to strengthen practical skills.

- Meets subject requirements, becomes more proactive in learning, enhances practical training.

What are the regulations on the basis and organization for assessing the training results of 10th-grade students in Vietnam?

Under Clause 1, Article 8 of Circular 22/2021/BDGDT, the basis and organization for assessing the training results of 10th-grade students in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:

1) Assess training results of students based on requirements for traits and general capacity by subjects and education level under general programs and requirements for specific capacity under subject program in formal education program.

2) Subject teachers shall rely on (1) to provide feedback and assess training results, improvement, advantages, and disadvantages of students during training and learning process of the subjects.

3) Class advisors shall rely on (1) to monitor training and learning process of students; consult feedback and assessment of subject teachers and feedback of students’ parents, relevant, agencies, organizations, and individuals in educating students; instruct students on how to perform self-assessment; provide feedback and assess training results of students based on categories under Clause 2, Article 8 of Circular 22/2021/BDGDT.

Under Article 4 of Circular 22/2021/TT-BGDDT, the requirements for assessing 10th-grade students in Vietnam include:

- Conduct assessment based on requirements under formal education program.

- Conduct assessment while ensuring accuracy, integrity, fairness, honesty, and objectivity.

- Conduct assessment via multiple methods, forms, techniques, and tools; combine regular assessment and periodic assessment.

- Conduct assessment for student’s improvement; prioritize motivating and encouraging efforts of students in training and learning; do not compare students with one another.
