- Standards for Teacher Recruitment
A person who has graduated from a university, holds a pedagogical capacity building certificate for those who have not undergone pedagogical training, has a training major that meets recruitment requirements, possesses good qualities, has practical activity experience, has a clear background, and is in good health.
- Duties and Rights of Teachers
a) Teaching according to goals, principles, and educational programs; completing teaching tasks regulated according to standard hours for corresponding positions and grades; complying with assignments from management levels;
b) Continuously self-improving professional skills, innovating teaching methods to enhance the quality of education;
c) Participating in and leading scientific research projects;
d) Subject to the supervision of management levels regarding the quality, content, teaching methods, and scientific research activities;
e) Signing teaching and scientific research contracts with training, research institutions according to regulations after obtaining consent from competent authorities and the Principal's regulations;
f) Registering for consideration for recognition; being appointed to titles and honors according to State regulations;
g) Receiving professional and pedagogical training according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training;
h) Participating in seminars and scientific conferences both domestically and internationally, according to regulations, to publish scientific research and educational work;
i) Taking summer breaks, vacations, and holidays according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training and enjoying other rights as stipulated by law.
Thus, the standards for recruiting teachers at pre-university schools include having a university degree or a pedagogical capacity building certificate for those who have not undergone pedagogical training, a training major that fits the recruitment requirements, good qualities, practical activity experience, a clear background, and good health.

- Strictly complying with the policies and resolutions of the Communist Party, policies, and laws of the State; fully implementing the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training, the regulations on the organization and operation of the school, and other regulations issued by the Principal.
- Completing professional tasks and other tasks assigned by the school, collective organizations, and units; fulfilling all assigned duties as regulated; subject to the direct management, use, and direction of the unit chief.
- Contributing opinions on resolving important issues of the school, issues related to the implementation of democratic regulations at the grassroots level.
- Participating in school management; engaging in Party and collective activities when trusted; participating in maintaining and protecting school properties, contributing to building, protecting, and promoting the school's tradition.
5. Benefiting from salary, allowances, social insurance, health insurance, and other rights according to State regulations and school regulations; eligible for medals, certificates, and other high honors according to regulations; provided with the necessary conditions to improve professional skills; having the right to join social organizations and collectives according to the law.
- Teachers, staff, and employees working under signed contracts with the school are entitled to the benefits and responsibilities as regulated by the contract and the law.
Thus, salary, allowances, and social insurance are among the benefits of teachers at pre-university schools.
Therefore, when working at a pre-university school, teachers are covered by social insurance as regulated by law.
