a) Recognizing traffic controller signals; traffic lights; common road signs;
b) Some common road traffic rules; recognizing the necessity of complying with road traffic rules;
c) Crossing roads safely;
d) Choosing and wearing helmets correctly;
dd) Safely getting on and off bicycles, mopeds, motorcycles;

What are the responsibilities of the Ministry of Education of Vietnam in the organization of teaching law on road traffic order and safety?
Under Article 7 of Decree 151/2024/ND-CP, the responsibilities of the Ministry of Education and Training in developing, integrating, organizing educational activities on legal knowledge, and managing the adherence to laws on traffic order and safety at preschool and general educational institutions are as follows:
(1) The Ministry of Education and Training will take charge of and collaborate with the Ministry of Public Security and related ministries and agencies based on the provisions of Article 4 of Decree 151/2024/ND-CP, and be responsible for:
- Developing a curriculum on road traffic order and safety knowledge suited to each educational level;
- Developing materials, integrating, and incorporating traffic order and safety knowledge into the core curriculum of preschool, primary, and lower secondary education;
- Developing a subject on road traffic order and safety knowledge based on the knowledge content specified in Clause 4, Article 4 of Decree 151/2024/ND-CP for high school level and vocational education institutions.
(2) The Ministry of Education and Training organizes educational activities on road traffic order and safety knowledge for preschool, primary, lower, and upper secondary school students; and considers compliance with traffic order and safety laws as one of the criteria for evaluating and grading student conduct.
