Under Article 41 of the lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school charter issued together with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT, the requirements regarding teaching equipment for upper secondary school students in Vietnam are:
- Secondary schools shall be furnished with educational equipment and manage and use educational equipment in teaching and educational activities effectively according to regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
- Teachers shall use educational equipment of their schools for teaching and educational activities effective; it is encouraged that teachers and students make their own teaching equipment based on knowledge and teaching/educating methods provided for in general education curricula.
What are the duties of upper secondary school students when attending school in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 34 of the lower secondary school, upper secondary school and multi-level school charter issued together with Circular 32/2020/TT-BGDDT:
- Learn and train according to curricula and education plans of their schools.
- Respect their parents, officials, teachers and staff of their schools, and those older than them; maintain solidarity and mutual support in learning and training; conform to the charter and rules of their schools; and abide by the law.
- Take exercises and maintain personal hygiene.
