- Develop education truly as the foremost national policy. Fundamentally and comprehensively renovate Vietnam's education system towards standardization, modernization, socialization, democratization, and international integration, where the key steps are renovating the educational management mechanism, developing the teaching staff, and management personnel.

- Expand preschool education, accomplish universal preschool education for 5-year-old children.

- Vigorously reform the content, curriculum, and teaching methods at all levels and grades. Actively prepare to implement the new general education program. Expand and improve the quality of foreign language training. The State to increase investment, simultaneously boosting private investment in and mobilizing the whole society to take care of educational development.

*Regarding Solutions:

Propose solutions to enhance educational quality, re-evaluate current solutions, which need to be uniformly implemented by the education sector:

- Strengthen the infrastructure and school equipment.

- Organize and direct the training of teachers in subjects to teach according to the knowledge and skills standards of the new general education program.

Implement and effectively execute the 2024 thematic “Studying and Following Ho Chi Minh's Thought, Morality, and Style on Building a Team of Truly Pioneering, Exemplary Cadres with Bright Revolutionary Morality, Strong Political Willpower, and Adequate Capability to Meet the Requirements of Tasks for Building and Developing Ho Chi Minh City” in your unit, focusing on performing the following contents and solutions:

* Emphasize inspection and supervision work.

* Follow professional regulations thoroughly:

* Activities for training excellent students, tutoring underperforming students, improving comprehensive educational quality.

* Deeply understand, imbibe Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style.

* Party committees, authorities, and mass organizations integrate the content of following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style into their action programs and plans to implement the Party's resolutions, linked with political tasks.
