The exam papers for Literature subject from 2025 consists of two parts: Reading Comprehension and Writing. The Reading Comprehension section contains a total of 5 questions with 4 points, and the Writing section has 2 questions with 6 points.

What are draft standards and conditions for members organizing the High School Graduation Examination from 2025 in vietnam?

According to Article 6 of the Draft Circular on the High School Graduation Examination Regulations download, the standards and conditions for members organizing the high school graduation examination from 2025 are as follows:

[1] Members organizing the examination must:

- Have good moral character, comply with the law, and uphold a high sense of responsibility;

- Be proficient in examination tasks;

- Not be under disciplinary actions, investigations, criminal charges, or previously convicted without having cleared disciplinary actions or criminal records.

[2] Individuals with family ties such as spouse, parents, children, siblings, in-laws, guardians, or wards referred to as relatives, participating in the examination during the examination year are prohibited from participating in various examination-related roles like the Examination Steering Committee, setting exam questions, printing, monitoring, marking, re-evaluating, and quality assurance.

[3]. In addition to the standards and conditions in [1] and [2], individuals participating in setting exam questions and marking subjective exams should have good professional competence.

Who are members of the National Examination Steering Committee for High School Graduation Exam from 2025 in Vietnam?

In Article 7 of the Draft Circular on the High School Graduation Examination Regulations (download):

National Examination Steering Committee

1. The Minister of the Ministry of Education and Training establishes the National Examination Steering Committee, including:

a) The Head is a Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Education and Training;

b) The Permanent Deputy Head and Deputy Heads are leaders from units within the Ministry of Education and Training;

c) Members are leaders from certain units within the Ministry of Education and Training and other ministries and agencies;

d) Other special cases as decided by the Minister of the Ministry of Education and Training.

2. Duties and powers of the National Examination Steering Committee:

a) Assist the Minister of the Ministry of Education and Training in directing and implementing the examination plan nationwide; task of setting, distributing, and printing exam questions, deciding special situations related to exam question tasks; directing and inspecting the performance of duties of the Provincial Examination Steering Committees and Examination Councils; resolving issues arising during the examination organization; reporting to the Minister and other authorities about the examination situation;

b) Establish a Secretary Group to assist the National Examination Steering Committee; the Head of the Secretary Group acts as a member of the National Examination Steering Committee; secretaries are officials and public employees from units within the Ministry of Education and Training and other ministries and agencies;
