1 Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine Direct admission for candidates who pass the high school graduation. Candidates can register early from now and will be officially accepted after passing the high school graduation.
2 Vietnam Women’s Academy This applies to candidates who graduated high school in 2025. Candidates must have good conduct and a total average score of 3 subjects over 3 years in the registered combination of the academy, expected to be ≥ 19 points (excluding priority points). For the Information Technology major, the average score in Math subject within the registered combination must be ≥ 7.0 points.
3 Vietnam Academy of Agriculture The admission score is the total average grade of year 12 on a 10-point scale for 3 subjects according to the admission combination (where one subject is doubled, the total score is converted to a 30-point scale) plus priority points (if any), reaching from 21-24 points or more.
4 Hanoi University of Industry Scores from 3 years of high school for three combined subjects combined with international certificates, awards in excellent student competitions, scores from the University of Hanoi's competency assessment test, or the University of Hanoi Polytechnic's thinking assessment test.
5 Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology Scores from year 12 for three subjects according to combination.

+ The candidate is a student of gifted schools (or upper secondary schools under Hanoi University of Education, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education) (fully attending years 10, 11, 12) who wins first, second, or third prize in provincial/municipal (directly under the central government)/university level upper secondary school student selection or science research competition; (priority order 2 of XTT2).

+ The candidate is a student of gifted schools or upper secondary schools under Hanoi University of Education, Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (fully attending years 10, 11, 12); (priority order 3 of XTT2).

+ The candidate is a student of other upper secondary school who wins first, second, or third prize in provincial/municipal (directly under the central government)/university level upper secondary school student selection/science research competition or the candidate has an international foreign language certificate: IELTS/TOEFL iBT/TOEIC; DELF/TCF; HSK and HSKK; an international computer science certificate MOS (for all 3 skills Word, Excel, PowerPoint); the certificate's issuance date must not exceed 2 years by May 19, 2025; (priority order 4 of XTT2).

20 University of Finance and Marketing Admitting upper secondary school students with good academic results at the upper secondary level according to 4 categories:

+ Category 1: Students graduating upper secondary education in 2025 with Excellent academic performance in year 10, year 11, and year 12.

+ Category 2: Students graduating upper secondary education in 2025 from specialized, talented upper secondary schools under provinces/cities/universities with an average score of each subject in the admission combination of year 10, year 11, and year 12 being 7.0 points or higher.

+ Category 3: Students graduating upper secondary education in 2025 who win first, second, or third prize in provincial/city level excellent student competitions, science or technology competitions, or are members of the school's/province's/city's team participating in national excellent student competitions, scientific, technical competitions with an average score of each subject in the admission combination of year 10, 11, and 12 being 6.0 points or higher.

+ Category 4: Students graduating upper secondary education in 2025 with an international English certificate IELTS at 5.5 or higher (or an equivalent international English certificate) or an English language proficiency level 4/6 or higher under the 6-level foreign language proficiency framework for Vietnam issued by authorized educational institutions, remains valid until the school receives the application and has a Fair academic performance in year 10, year 11, and year 12.

Assessment based on the total average score of 3 high school years of subjects in the corresponding admission combination (applicable to candidates who graduate high school in 2025 and those who graduated before 2025);

Candidates with an international foreign language certificate in English (French) equivalent to IELTS 5.5 or higher (certificates valid until the admission date) can use it to replace the English (French) subject in the admission combination. + In terms of application opportunities: No candidate should be deprived of opportunities to apply due to unrelated regulations about qualifications, abilities (except for specific regulations from the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of National Defense in defense, and security); or due to cumbersome, costly admission processes;

+ In terms of ability assessment: Candidates must be objectively, fairly, and reliably evaluated on their learning potential and prospects for success, meeting the requirements of the program and field of study;

+ In terms of admission chances: Candidates should be provided with the highest opportunity to be admitted and the right to prioritize their aspirations among programs and fields of study that meet the admission conditions;

+ In terms of fulfilling commitments: Educational institutions must uphold commitments to candidates; provide advice, support, and resolve complaints, protecting the legitimate rights of candidates in risky situations.

- Educational institutions closely coordinate under the support and oversight of the Ministry of Education and Training to ensure system-wide coherence, consistency, and connectivity; and enhance the quality and effectiveness of each institution's admissions and the entire system.
