Steps to check university admission results in 2024:

Step 1: Log into the system from the university admission results link 2024

Candidates access the link to check university admission results 2024 (http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn/) to enter information including ID number, login code, and verification code, then press the login button.

Step 2: Candidates check admission results from the lookup menu

Candidates select the menu, then choose the function to check admission evaluation results

Step 3: View admission results

The results will prioritize the candidates' top choices. If candidates pass their first choice, it will be marked as "passed" for choice 1 and "failed" for all other choices. If they fail their first choice, the system will continue to evaluate the next choices.

Note: All candidates' admission evaluations to institutions are processed on the System, and each candidate will only pass the highest option among those registered upon ensuring qualification for admission.

When will the 2024 university admission results in Vietnam be announced?

Based on the regulation in Decision 1139/QD-BGDDT 2024 on the Plan to Implement University Admissions and Admissions to Preschool Education College in 2024, the announcement time for candidates passing fist admission is no later than 17:00 on August 19, 2024.

Also, for supplementary admissions, the training institutions will announce from August 28, 2024, and conduct subsequent admissions rounds, updating the list of passed and enrolled candidates according to regulations from September to December 2024.

8. Admission confirmation:

- For candidates admitted under the direct admission category, from July 22, 2024, to 17:00 on July 31, 2024, candidates can confirm enrollment on the System (those who have confirmed enrollment will not be allowed to continue registering for other choices, except for cases permitted by the head of the institution). In cases where enrollment is not yet confirmed, candidates can continue to register for choices on the System or the National Public Service Portal like other candidates for institutions to evaluate, if admitted, candidates will confirm enrollment according to the general schedule;

- No later than 17:00 on August 27, 2024, all candidates admitted must complete online enrollment confirmation for round 1 on the System.

What is the deadline for educational training institutions in Vietnam to appoint experienced personnel for admissions work to support candidates?

Based on Section 2 of Official Dispatch 1957/BGDDT-GDDH 2024:

For Departments of Education and Training

1. Guide candidates to comply with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training’s Admissions Regulation and the contents mentioned in Section I above;

- Guide candidates to register their choices into training institutions: by field/program and ranked from 1 to last (choice 1 is the highest choice), concurrently candidates must provide data (according to criteria, conditions, registration process specified in the institutions’ admission plan) corresponding to the field/program for which the candidate has registered to enable institutions to evaluate (Detailed registration instructions are posted on the System when candidates access it to register);

- Complete the organization of admissions training at the local level by June 30, 2024.

3. Direct high schools to open computer rooms with internet access for candidates to use for registration. Organize guidance and support for registration for those candidates who lack conditions for online registration (absolutely do not keep candidates' accounts, passwords, and do not register on behalf of candidates).

4. Guide and support candidates to pay registration fees online according to point 7 of section I of this dispatch.

5. Establish a support task force for admissions according to the overall plan; implementation costs to be covered from the admissions fee in accordance with the collaboration regulation between Departments of Education and Training and training institutions.

6. Guide and support candidates in re-evaluation of exam results and adjustment of choices (if any).

7. From the date candidates register for the high school exam until August 31, 2024, appoint experienced personnel for admissions work to monitor, consult, guide, and support candidates.
