Has the web portal for voting for the "Làn Sóng Xanh" award in 2024 officially been opened?
"Làn Sóng Xanh" is an annual radio program and music award that has a long-standing tradition in the Vietnamese music scene. This award has also created the first music chart in Vietnam.
This year, the web portal for voting "Làn Sóng Xanh" award in 2024 has been officially opened as follows:
(1) Voting Link:

(2) Voting Period:
- Round 1: From December 10, 2024, to December 17, 2024.
The voting list includes all male/female singers with songs on the weekly "Làn Sóng Xanh" chart, from January 5, 2024, to December 13, 2024.
- Round 2: From December 18, 2024, to December 25, 2024.
The voting list consists of the Top 10 Male Singers and Top 10 Female Singers with the highest votes from Round 1.
- Round 3: From December 26, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
The voting list consists of the Top 5 Male Singers and Top 5 Female Singers with the highest votes from Round 2.
The voting portal will close at 24:00 on December 31, 2024.
(3) Voting Method:
Each account can vote for multiple nominations. Each nomination can only be voted for once with a fee (2000 VND/vote).
(4) Voting Criteria:

Singers with songs in the Top 10 Weekly Charts of "Làn Sóng Xanh".

Singers with a positive image, not violating the law, or the customs and traditions of Vietnam.

In the event of any negative occurrences during the voting process, the Organizing Committee reserves the final decision on the award results.

According to Article 14 of Circular 33/2019/TT-BLDTBXH, the organization of cultural and artistic activities in vocational education and training institutions in Vietnam is regulated as follows:
- Propaganda and education on the views and policies of the Communist Party of Vietnam, laws of the State, and the beautiful traditions of the nation. Praising the Communist Party of Vietnam, Uncle Ho, revolutionary traditions, and the homeland, country, and vocational education sector.
- Educating moral principles, civic responsibility, patriotism, love for socialism, ethics, lifestyle, cultural lifestyle, history, national identity, and human cultural quintessence;
- Educating the culture of labor, professional working style; environmental protection education; health education, and prevention of HIV/AIDS transmission;
- Reflecting the feelings, aspirations, and responsibilities of students towards friendship, love, family, teachers, schools, and the community;
- Praising positive qualities and criticizing negative trends in personal relationships and interactions with human heritage and the surrounding environment;
- Other cultural and artistic activity content appropriate to the law.
What are the funding sources for organization of cultural and artistic activities in vocational education and training institutions in Vietnam?
According to Article 8 of Circular 33/2019/TT-BLDTBXH, the funding sources for organization of cultural and artistic activities in vocational education and training institutions in Vietnam include:
- The funding for organizing student cultural and artistic activities and local-level cultural and artistic competitions is balanced and allocated within the annual operational budget of the vocational education and training institutions.
- The funding for organizing provincial-level student cultural and artistic activities and competitions is decided by the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and the provincial People's Committee.
- The funding for regional and national-level cultural and artistic competitions is decided by the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and is allocated in the annual budget estimate.
- The organizing unit of the cultural and artistic competition can mobilize lawful private investment sources to conduct the competition.
- The management and use of funds for organizing students' cultural and artistic activities and competitions are conducted according to current financial regulations.
What are the principles of organization of cultural and artistic activities in vocational education and training institutions in Vietnam?
According to Article 5 of Circular 33/2019/TT-BLDTBXH, the principles of organization of cultural and artistic activities in vocational education and training institutions in Vietnam are regulated as follows:
- The organization of sports, cultural, and artistic activities for students must comply with the current laws on sports, culture, and art.
- The organization of sports, cultural, and artistic competitions must adhere to the competition regulations, and ensure objectivity, transparency, and frugality, avoiding formality and wastage.
