In case of not having a bank account, it is still possible to pay the university admission fee, specifically, candidates/parents can:
- Go to a bank/e-wallet transaction point to register for an account to make the payment.
In case the candidate is in remote areas, they can go to post offices of VNPT Post or Viettel Post to register for an e-wallet account as well as deposit money or have someone else pay on their behalf.

When should candidates who are admitted to university in 2024 confirm their enrollment in Vietnam?
According to sub-section 8 of Section 1 Official Dispatch 1957/BGDDT-GDDH in 2024, the timeframe for enrollment confirmation for candidates admitted in 2024 is guided as follows:
- For candidates admitted under the direct admission category, from July 22, 2024, to July 31, 2024, by 5:00 PM, candidates may confirm their enrollment on the Common Admission Support System (those who have confirmed enrollment will not be allowed to continue registering for admission except where authorized by the head of the training institution not to enroll).
If undecided on enrollment, candidates may continue to register for admission on the Common Admission Support System or the National Public Service Portal like other candidates for review by training institutions, upon admission, they will confirm enrollment according to the general schedule;
- By no later than 5:00 PM on August 27, 2024, all candidates admitted must complete online enrollment confirmation for the first round on the System.
What content should universities pay attention to when candidates confirm enrollment in 2024 in Vietnam?
According to Section 3 Official Dispatch 1957/BGDDT-GDDH in 2024, the Ministry of Education and Training requests universities to note that all candidates must confirm enrollment online on the system before enrolling at the university;
- For candidates admitted under the direct admission method (Article 8 of the University Admission Regulations, College Admission in Early Childhood Education issued with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT), universities guide candidates to confirm enrollment online on the system within the prescribed time;
- Based on the number of candidates confirming enrollment, universities organize the next rounds of admission (if any) and update the list of admitted and enrolled candidates according to regulations;
- Universities can only announce the admission scores after the last round of virtual filtering, and the announced admission scores must be accompanied by the announcement of the admission point scale and disclose any additional criteria (if any).
- Update the list of admitted and enrolled candidates by rounds, admission methods, training forms according to the correct data structure, conformable in the categories related to admission (high schools, disadvantaged areas, especially disadvantaged areas...) and within the specified time;
- Universities are not allowed to require candidates to confirm or enroll before August 19, 2024, and must not end enrollment confirmation or enrollment before 5:00 PM on August 27, 2024 (including programs linked with foreign institutions).
