- Are not under criminal investigation.

The Minister of Education and Training, the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, within the scope of their functions, duties, and powers, shall stipulate the use of teachers in cases not meeting the provisions of Clause 1 of this Article.

What are the eligibility conditions for obtaining a pedagogical training certificate in Vietnam?

According to Article 9 of the Regulations on pedagogical professional training promulgated with Decision 31/2008/QD-BGDDT (amended by Clause 6, Article 1 of Circular 27/2012/TT-BGDDT), the conditions for eligibility for obtaining a professional training certificate are as follows:

Applicants must meet the following three conditions:

1. Hold a university or college degree.

2. Have enough health to participate in training.

3. Submit a complete application on time as required by the training institution.
