For students who skipped grades in the previous level or entered the level at an older age than the regulated age, the age for entering Grade 6 and Grade 10 is adjusted based on the age at graduation of the previous level.

2. Ethnic minority students, students with disabilities, students in especially difficult circumstances, and overseas returning students can enter the level at an older age of up to 03 years over the regulated age.

3. Students are not allowed to repeat a grade more than 03 times in one educational level.

4. Students with good physical health and early intellectual development can enter school early or skip grades within a level. Specific cases will be considered as follows:

a) Parents or guardians must submit a request to the school.

b) The principal establishes a Survey and Advisory Council, including representatives of the school's leadership, the parent council, and the student’s current teachers.

c) Based on the Council's survey and advisory results, the principal will consider and decide.
