Pursuant to Article 21 of the Primary School Charter issued together with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT specifically regulating the management dossier for primary school educational activities as follows:
- For the school, the management dossier includes Registration book; Student records; Summary table of class educational assessment results; Strategic development plan and annual educational activity plan of the school; Management book for staff, teachers, and employees; Education universalization dossier; Asset and financial management dossier; Management book of documents; Disability student education dossier (if there are students with disabilities).
- For teachers, the management dossier includes Lesson plan; Notebook for recording professional activities, class supervision, and student learning outcome assessments; Homeroom teacher's book (for homeroom teachers); Team activities book (for Head of Team).

How to conduct evaluation of students' performance and learning outcome in Vietnam?
Pursuant to Article 22 of the Primary School Charter issued together with Circular 28/2020/TT-BGDDT regulating the evaluation of student performance and learning outcomes:
- Primary schools evaluate educational outcomes during students' learning and training under the Regulations on Primary Student Assessment issued by the Minister of Education and Training; organize teacher handover of students' educational results at the end of the academic year to teachers of the next grade in the following academic year; comply with the directives of the Head of the Department of Education and Training in organizing acceptance and handover of students completing primary education to transition to grade 6 in accordance with the conditions of schools and localities.

- For other educational institutions implementing the primary education program, students who complete the primary school program and meet the conditions stipulated by the Minister of Education and Training, the head of the educational institution shall certify completion of the primary school program in the student record according to regulations.
For students in difficult circumstances with no conditions to attend school, studying at other facilities in the area, or students returning from abroad, the primary school principal shall evaluate according to regulations and certify completion of the primary school program if the student meets the requirements.
