- Login account: The phone number that the union member registered with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

- Default password: 9876543210. (It is advised for union members to change the password upon first login to secure personal information).

Step 2: Check and Manage Orders

After logging in successfully, union members please proceed with the following steps:

1. Select "My Account": This button is usually located at the top right corner of the website or in the account menu.

2. Select "Orders": Here, union members can view the entire list of placed orders, processing status, and detailed information about each order.

Step 3: Cancel Order (if necessary)

On the "Orders" page, union members will see the "Cancel Order" option if the order can be canceled. However, please note the following important points:

• Case 1: Voucher of 500,000 VND Used:

Union members and employees who have successfully used the 500,000 VND voucher will NOT BE ALLOWED TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

Canceling the order in this case means LOSING THE 500,000 VND VOUCHER that has been used, so union members and employees should carefully consider before placing an order and using the voucher.

• Case 2: Special Cases:

For special arising cases (e.g., order issues, wanting to exchange for another product...), union members please contact the local trade union directly.

The local trade union will be the contact point and cooperate with the Confederation to resolve any arising issues for union members and employees.

Deadline for request for cancellation: All requests must be made before January 10, 2025. After this time, processing might encounter difficulties.

What is the form of organization of the Trade Union Tet Market 2025 in Vietnam?

According to Section 2 of Plan 139/KH-TLD 2024, the organization is as follows:

- Form of Organization

Trade union members and employees buy goods and consumer products on the official website of the Program organized by the Confederation with the participation of units, organizations, and enterprises.

The Confederation financially supports some trade union members to purchase goods and consumer products at the Program.

- Organization time: From 00:00, December 20, 2024, to 24:00, January 20, 2025 (from November 20 - December 21 of the year of the Dragon 2024).

- Scale of organization: Nationwide.

- Participants: Trade union members and employees in the Trade Union of Vietnam system.

- Beneficiaries, quantity, level, and form of support for trade union members by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor

+ Beneficiaries of support: Trade union members with outstanding achievements in labor, production, and participating in trade union activities; trade union members facing difficulties and erning low income.

+ Quantity of persons eligible for support: 200,000 people.

+ Support amount: 500,000 VND/person.

+ Form of support: By money, through shopping vouchers of the Program.

- Guidelines for purchasing goods and products

+ Step 1: Trade union members receive shopping vouchers of the Program. Trade union members, as proposed by the Provincial, City Labor Confederation, Central Sector Union and equivalent, Union of Corporations directly under the Confederation, receive shopping vouchers of the Program.

+ Step 2: Trade union members purchase goods and products on the official website of the Program during the Program period (details about the website will be announced later).

+ Step 3: Trade union members receive the purchased goods and products.

What are the conditions for joining the Trade Union of Vietnam?

According to Article 1 of the Trade Union of Vietnam Charter 2020, the conditions for joining the Trade Union of Vietnam are as follows:

Condition 1. Vietnamese people working as salaried employees for employing entities lawfully operating in the Vietnamese territory, and lawful Vietnamese freelancers, regardless of their occupation, gender, or belief, who agree to Regulations of Trade Union of Vietnam, voluntarily live in a grassroots establishment of the trade union, and pay required union dues can join the Trade Union of Vietnam.

Condition 2. Vietnamese guest workers and foreigners working legally in Vietnam are encouraged to participate in various forms of association organized by the Trade Union of Vietnam.

Condition 3. The Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor guides this Article in detail.

Additionally, the procedures for joining the Trade Union of Vietnam are specified in Article 3 of the Trade Union of Vietnam Charter (12th Congress) 2020 as follows:

-The workers or employees wishing to become TUVN’s members shall be required to apply for accession to TUVN on a voluntary basis.

- The receiving internal trade unions, occupational organizations shall consider issuing the decision on recognition or admission as a member of the trade union.

- When working for employing entities without trade unions, workers or employees may submit their application for accession to TUVN via the committee on promotion of establishment of internal trade unions pursuant to Article 14 of the Trade Union of Vietnam Charter (12th Congress) 2020, or to the superior trade union for its review before approval of their accession to TUVN.

- For trade union members who have left, if any of them wishes to be re-admitted to TUVN, he/she shall be required to re-apply for admission and his/her re-admission shall be considered by the superior trade union.
