- The title of "Good Student" if the following condition is met:

+ Year-round training results are assessd as Good, specifically: Second semester assessd as Good, first semester assessd from Fair or higher.

+ Year-round academic results are assessd as Good, specifically:

++ All subjects assessd by comments are assessed as Pass.

++ All subjects assessd by both comments and scores have a semester average score (DTBmhk) or an annual average score (DTBmcn) of 6.5 or higher, of which at least 06 subjects have a semester average score (DTBmhk) or an annual average score (DTBmcn) of 8.0 or higher.

Additionally, students with extraordinary achievements in training and studying during the school year are also rewarded. Students with special achievements are considered by the school and recommended for higher-level commendation.

  1. Organize the re-assessment of subjects according to the provisions of Article 14 of this Circular; approve and announce the list of students promoted to the next grade after the results of the re-assessment of subjects and training during the summer.
  1. Approve the list of students: promoted, re-assessd subjects, training during the summer, not promoted, and commendations. Approve the assessment results of students in the student monitoring and assessment book (by class) and the Student Report Card after all subject teachers and the head teacher have filled in full contents.
  1. Explain and resolve queries and complaints about student assessments within the Principal's authority. Recommend the competent authorities to handle agencies, organizations, and individuals in violation; decide commendations under its authority, and recommend commendations to competent authorities for agencies, organizations, and individuals with achievements in implementing this Circular.
