What are guidelines on mid-semester evaluation using the tracking and evaluation logbook for students in Vietnam?
According to the guidelines for using the student monitoring and evaluation handbook outlined in Circular 22/2021/TT-BGDDT:
GUIDELINES FOR USING THE STUDENT MONITORING AND EVALUATION HANDBOOK
-
The student monitoring and evaluation handbook is a record for managing teaching and educational activities of teachers, as stipulated in the regulations for lower secondary schools, upper secondary schools, and schools with multiple education levels.
-
The student monitoring and evaluation handbook is managed and used by subject teachers.
-
Teachers directly input all necessary information as per regulations into the handbook, corresponding with the information in the Student Monitoring and Evaluation Handbook (by class) of the subject/class for which the teacher is responsible as assigned by the school. Particularly, for the column on Comments about Progress, Outstanding Strengths, Main Limitations of the student, teachers can choose to record sufficient information necessary to provide to the homeroom teacher as per regulations.
-
Do not write in red ink (except for corrections), or use erasable ink. Recording in the student monitoring and evaluation handbook must adhere to the timeline according to the teaching plan of the professional group and maintain the handbook carefully, keeping it clean.
-
When making corrections, use a red pen to cross out the old content, write the new content above on the right of the old content, and sign to confirm the correction next to the corrected content.
