Do students in Vietnam have a holiday on September 2?

According to Notification 5015/TB-LDTBXH of 2023 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, officials and public employees will have a National Day holiday in 2024 from Saturday, August 31, 2024, to the end of Tuesday, September 3, 2024.

Currently, there are no regulations regarding the holiday schedule for students for National Day on September 2, 2024.

However, since teachers and lecturers are public employees, they will have the National Day off according to the regulations. Hence, students will also follow this schedule, meaning they may have 4 consecutive days off from August 31 to September 3, 2024.
