Step 1: Access the Reporting Officer Information Site of the Central Propaganda Department via the following link:

Step 2: Scroll down with the mouse and then select "People's Army of Vietnam - "80 Years of Building, Combat, and Development 2024" Contest"

Step 3: Participate in the contest; contestants can join the contest in two ways:

1. Select "PARTICIPATE" to enter the contest

2. Scan the "QR code" to enter the contest

Step 4: Enter personal information

Full name (characters with accents); contact phone number; locality, unit; field of work. These required details remain unchanged throughout the participation in the contest.

After entering all personal information, contestants select "Register"

Step 5: Contestants press the "Start" button to begin answering questions.

Contestants answer the questions by selecting one correct option (for multiple-choice questions) or filling in the appropriate word (for fill-in-the-blank type questions).

Step 6: After answering the multiple-choice questions, contestants must predict the total number of participants correctly answering 10 multiple-choice questions;

Click on “Submit” to finish the response section.

Are teachers in Vietnam responsible for understanding the law?

Based on the regulations in Article 11 of Law on Legal Dissemination and Education 2012, the current forms of legal dissemination include:

[1] Press conferences, press releases.

[2] Direct law dissemination; advice, guidance on legal understanding; providing legal information and documents.

[3] Through mass media, loudspeakers, the internet, billboards, posters, promotional materials; publication in the Gazette; posting legal information on electronic information pages; public posting at the headquarters, bulletin boards of agencies, organizations, residential areas.

[4] Organizing legal knowledge contests.

[5] Through trial activities, handling administrative violations, citizen reception activities, handling complaints, and other activities of state agencies; through legal aid, grassroots reconciliation.

[6] Integrated into cultural, art activities, political organization activities, clubs, legal bookcases, and other grassroots cultural fitments.

[7] Through legal education programs in educational institutions of the national education system.

[8] Other forms of legal dissemination suitable to specific entities by authorities, organizations, and individuals to ensure effective legal dissemination.

Article 2 of Law on Legal Dissemination and Education 2012 provides:

Citizens' Right to Legal Information and Responsibility for Legal Study and Understanding

1. Citizens have the right to legal information and bear the responsibility to understand and study the law actively.

2. The State guarantees and creates conditions for citizens to exercise their right to legal information.

Thus, it is clear that in addition to the local government's promotions, teachers themselves must proactively understand legal regulations.

What are the required contents in legal dissemination and education in Vietnam?

Based on Article 10 of the Law on Legal Dissemination and Education 2012:

- Provisions of the Constitution and legal documents, focusing on legal provisions on civil, criminal, administrative, marriage and family, gender equality, land, construction, environmental protection, labor, education, healthcare, national defense, security, traffic, fundamental citizen rights and obligations, responsibilities and powers of state agencies, officials, and newly issued legal documents.

- International treaties to which the Socialist Republic of Vietnam is a member, international agreements.

- Awareness of respecting and observing the law; awareness of law protection; benefits of law compliance; examples of good people and good deeds in law implementation.
