Select province: ABC.

Select level: Preschool.

Select school: Preschool A.

Enter the black letter code (uppercase) from the image on the right.

Check "Save login unit information" (if necessary).

After completing, press Login.

Step 4: If login is successful, the interface will display your workspace.

[3] Administrative accounts for the Departments of Education and Training are issued and assigned to these departments for management and use by the Ministry of Education and Training. Usage exploitation accounts for units and individuals within and subordinate to the Departments of Education and Training are issued by the departments, and assigned for management and use by those units and individuals.

[4] Administrative accounts for the Education and Training Divisions are issued and assigned for management and use by the Education and Training Divisions themselves, while usage exploitation accounts for units and individuals within and subordinate to the Education and Training Divisions are issued and assigned for management and use by those Education and Training Divisions.

[1] The Ministry of Education and Training regulates identification numbers for management entities in the education and training database used uniformly across the education sector, including Departments of Education and Training, Education and Training Divisions, higher education institutions, pedagogical colleges, teachers, lecturers, educational management officials, staff, and learners. identification numbers for educational institutions are issued directly from the first creation of information about that institution in the education and training database by the Departments or the Divisions of Education and Training.

[2] The identification number for each entity managed in the education and training database is unique, created from the first data entry and immutable (not changed or deleted after generation), used consistently across all education levels. identification numbers serve the purposes of management, reporting, data connectivity in the education and training database, and other purposes regulated by the Ministry of Education and Training.

[3] If an educational institution ceases operations, the Department of Education and Training or the Education and Training Division directly managing it only changes the status information of the institution, without deleting the identification number and record from the education and training database.

[4] In case teachers, lecturers, management officials, and staff transfer, cease working, or leave, the educational institution updates the status and electronic dossier information without deleting the dossier and identification number from the education and training database.

[5] In cases where learners temporarily suspend, discontinue studies, or transfer, educational institutions and related agencies only update the electronic dossier status of the learner, without deleting the dossier from the education and training database.
