Pursuant to Article 12 of Circular 15/2022/TT-BGDDT on issuance of certificates of full completion of upper secondary education knowledge:
- Students who have points of final exams of all subjects based on training specializations and achieve 5 (five) points or higher will be issued Certificates of full completion of upper secondary education knowledge based on such training specializations.
- Certificates of full completion of upper secondary education knowledge shall be issued by the heads of vocational education and training institutions. The template of the certificates is prescribed in Appendix II hereof.
