Operating funds of the Parent-Teacher Committee
- Operating funds of the Parent-Teacher Committee:
a) The operating funds of the Parent-Teacher Committee at class level come from the voluntary contributions of parents and other legal sponsorships for the class's Parent-Teacher Committee.
b) The operating funds of the Parent-Teacher Committee at school level are deducted from the operating funds of the class Parent-Teacher Committees according to the recommendations of the meeting of all class Parent-Teacher Committee chairpersons at the start of the school year and other legal sponsorships for the school's Parent-Teacher Committee.

Based on Article 4 of the Charter of the Parent-Teacher Committee issued together with Circular 55/2011/TT-BGDDT, the duties and powers of the class Parent-Teacher Committee are as follows:
- Duties of the class Parent-Teacher Committee:
+ Coordinate with the homeroom teacher and subject teachers to organize educational activities for students;
+ Coordinate with the homeroom teacher to prepare the content of parent meetings during the school year;
+ Participate in the moral education of students; foster and encourage excellent students, assist weak students, motivate dropouts to return to school, and help underprivileged, disabled, and other disadvantaged students.
- Rights of the class Parent-Teacher Committee:
+ Decide to convene parent meetings as stipulated in Article 9 of the Charter of the Parent-Teacher Committee issued together with Circular 55/2011/TT-BGDDT (except for the initial meeting of the school year to elect the class Parent-Teacher Committee) after agreeing with the homeroom teacher;
+ Seek the opinions of parents on measures to manage and educate students to make specific recommendations to the homeroom teacher and subject teachers on improving the educational quality and teaching standards;
+ Coordinate extracurricular educational activities, traditional education, cultural, and sports events to achieve comprehensive education goals for students after consulting with the homeroom teacher.
* Duties and powers of the school Parent-Teacher Committee
Based on Article 6 of the Charter of the Parent-Teacher Committee issued together with Circular 55/2011/TT-BGDDT which stipulates the duties and powers of the school Parent-Teacher Committee as follows:
- Duties of the school Parent-Teacher Committee:
+ Coordinate with the Principal to implement the school year’s tasks and educational activities according to the content agreed upon during the initial meeting of the school Parent-Teacher Committee;
+ Coordinate with the Principal to guide, propagandize, and disseminate legal regulations, policies on education to parents to enhance their responsibility in caring for, protecting, and educating students;
+ Coordinate with the Principal to organize educational activities for students with weak conduct to continue self-improvement during the summer break in the locality;
+ Coordinate with the Principal in moral education for students; foster and encourage excellent students, assist weak students, help underprivileged, disabled, and other disadvantaged students, and encourage dropouts to return to school;
+ Guide the organization and activities for the class Parent-Teacher Committees.
- Rights of the school Parent-Teacher Committee:
