Learners in intermediate-education level or college level who are left without both parents and shelter according to Law on Vocational Education.

What does the application for tuition exemption submitted by students with disabilities in Vietnam include?

The application for tuition exemption submitted by students with disabilities in Vietnam shall follow Article 19 of Decree 81/2021/ND-CP:

- Application for tuition exemption specifically for entities eligible for tuition exemption in preschool, general education, and continuing education, using the form in Annex II issued with Decree 81/2021/ND-CP.

- Verified true copies or copies with original copies for comparison or copies from the original copies of documents proving eligibility for tuition exemption: for students with disabilities, it is the disability certificate issued by the commune-level People's Committee.

Applicants eligible for tuition exemption only must submit 01 application set for the entire study period.

What does the application for issuing a disability certificate to apply for tuition exemption by students with disabilities in Vietnam include?

According to Article 4 of Circular 01/2019/TT-BLDTBXH:

Application for Determination, Redetermination of Disability Degree; Issuance, Replacement, Reissuance of disability certificate

1. Application form for determination, redetermination of disability degree and issuance, replacement, reissuance of disability certificate as per Form No. 01 issued along with this Circular.

2. Copies of related disability documents (if any) such as medical records, documents on examination, treatment, surgery, old disability certificates, and other related documents.

3. Copies of the conclusion from the Medical Assessment Council regarding self-care ability, degree of labor capacity reduction for cases where the disabled person has had conclusions from the Medical Assessment Council prior to the effective date of Decree No. 28/2012/ND-CP or any other related documents (if any).

4. In cases prescribed in Clause 1 of Article 8 and point b, Clause 2 of Article 8, there is no need to submit the documents prescribed in Clause 2 and Clause 3 of this Article.
