4. Investment in facilities serving physical education and sports activities in schools is encouraged through public-private partnerships.

Therefore, the State always encourages individuals to use their own funds to build facilities for sports activities, specifically badminton courts for secondary schools in Vietnam.

Organizations and individuals contributing resources to invest in building facilities serving physical education and sports activities in schools shall enjoy preferential policies on taxes, credit, land, and be ensured legal rights according to current legal regulations.

Thus, secondary schools in Vietnam are permissible to allow individuals to use their own funds to build badminton courts.

People's Committees at all levels allocate land for physical education and sports activities in schools according to national standards; implement preferential policies on land, taxes, credit for private schools so that these schools have conditions to build facilities serving physical education and sports activities in schools.

5. Schools ensure the proper investment construction and use of facilities dedicated to physical education and sports activities according to the Law on Education, Law on Higher Education, Law on Sports and Physical Training, Law on Vocational Education, and current legal documents.

People's Committees at all levels allocate land for physical education and sports activities in schools according to Vietnam national standards; implement preferential policies on land, taxes, credit for private schools so that these schools have conditions to build facilities serving physical education and sports activities in schools.

Thus, private secondary schools in Vietnam are eligible for land allocation land and land tax exemption from the People's Committee when these schools have conditions to build facilities serving physical education and sports activities in schools.
