2. Individuals

2.1. Individuals not holding leadership or managerial positions

a) Political qualities, ethics, lifestyle; the spirit of solidarity and unity within the organization; discipline awareness, exemplary responsibility, execution of prohibited conducts by party members; demeanor, working style. Address manifestations of deterioration, "self-evolution," "self-transformation."

b) Performance of tasks, exercise of powers, results of the designated targets, and duties for the year.

c) Execution of annual commitments to self-improvement, cultivation, and striving.

d) Matters suggested for assessment; rectification of shortcomings, weaknesses concluded by competent authorities and pointed out in previous assessments (if any).

2.2. Individuals holding leadership or managerial positions

Assess the content in Point 2.1 and the following:

a) Leadership, direction, management, execution of duties; completion level of tasks by entities under management; ability to foster internal solidarity.

b) Responsibility in tasks; spirit of dynamism, innovation, creativity, willingness to think, act, and accept responsibility; handling complex, sensitive issues in task execution.

c) Exemplary responsibility of oneself and family; anti-corruption efforts, waste prevention, negative act prevention; trust from cadres and party members.

2.3. In addition to the above, the CPV committee, CPV organization, collective leadership, managerial heads, and individuals must clarify responsibilities when signs of violation occur; emerging complex issues, public concerns; complaints, denunciations; internal disunity; breaches of Communist CPV of Vietnam principles, regulations; signs of "group interest," corruption, negativity, waste, deterioration, "self-evolution," "self-transformation"; subordinates under management disciplined, prosecuted; stagnation, weakness, failure in fulfilling assigned duties.

Thus, the contents of the self-review for teachers newly admitted to the Communist CPV of Vietnam include:

- Political qualities, ethics, lifestyle; the spirit of solidarity and unity within the organization; discipline awareness, exemplary responsibility, execution of prohibited conducts by party members; demeanor, working style. 1. For CPV committees, CPV organizations,  leadership/management collectives, and leaders

1.1. Lead, direct, guide the organization of execution, and take responsibility for annual self-review results at their respective localities, organizations, agencies, and units.

1.2. Request additional assessment contents for collectives and individuals under management when necessary.

1.3. Direct the creation of plans to overcome limitations, weaknesses, and shortcomings after self-review.

2. For individuals

2.1. Promote the spirit of self-criticism and criticism, uphold responsibility, and set an example in self-review.

2.2. Conduct a truthful, frank, objective, and substantive self-review of the contents as stipulated.

3. The supervisory CPV committee is responsible for directing, monitoring, guiding, inspecting, supervising, and appraising the self-review results of their subordinates according to managerial rank; promptly suggesting self-review for related organizations and individuals; requiring subordinates to reassess if the content requirements are not met as stipulated.

Thus, the responsibilities of teachers newly admitted to the Communist CPV of Vietnam in self-review are:

- Promote the spirit of self-criticism and criticism, uphold responsibility, and set an example in self-review.
