- A campus, an entrance gate, an entrance sign board, fencing walls, fences, a garden and trees which satisfy the safety and hygiene requirements and the aesthetic principles; They are environmental friendly.
- A play ground, a training ground and a parking lot which are friendly and appropriate for students.
- Classes such as classes by subjects must satisfy the lighting and ventilation requirements and have appropriate tables and chairs for students. There must be a canteen and boarding rooms in boarding schools.
