Step 1: Visit the website: congdanhoctap.vn. Then, click on LOG IN at the left side of the red menu bar displayed at the top of the homepage.

Step 2: Fill in personal information

- Socialized capital and other legal financial sources.

b) Lead and cooperate with ministries and central authorities, political-social organizations, professional-social organizations, and related social organizations to develop plans and organize the implementation of the Program;

c) Direct and guide the local Learning Promotion Associations to develop plans and deploy the Program locally;

d) Inspect, supervise, evaluate the effectiveness of Program implementation in localities; periodically report to the Prime Minister of the Government of Vietnam.

2. Ministry of Education and Training

a) Lead and cooperate with the Vietnam Learning Promotion Association in guiding educational institutions to organize the construction of the citizen learning model;

b) Collaborate with the Vietnam Learning Promotion Association in organizing the evaluation and recognition of the "Citizen Learning" title.
