The Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the National Assembly, the President, the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Central Military Commission - Ministry of Defense.
Scale of the Celebration: National level,
Time and Venue:
- Time: 09:00 AM, December 20, 2024 (Friday).
- Venue: At the National Convention Center Auditorium.
- Live broadcast on VTV1/Vietnam Television and VOV1/Voice of Vietnam.
Program Content
- Tribute ceremony to President Ho Chi Minh, commemorating the Heroes and Martyrs: A delegation of leaders and former leaders of the Communist Party, State, Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; leaders of the Central Military Commission - Ministry of Defense; delegates from various central ministries, departments, and mass organizations; and from Hanoi will pay tribute at the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and offer incense at the Memorial for Heroes and Martyrs.
- Celebration program (with a separate agenda), where one comrade will be invited to deliver a speech on behalf of the leaders of the Communist Party and State.

- Leaders of the Ministry of Defense, diplomatic delegations from neighboring countries, ASEAN countries, and some countries with friendly relations; defense attachés, military attachés, service attachés residing in Hanoi; from neighboring countries, ASEAN countries.
- Leaders from Nguyen Binh District, Cao Bang Province; leaders from Tam Kim Commune and Hoa Tham Commune, Nguyen Binh District.
- Representatives of General Vo Nguyen Giap's family and families of soldiers of the Vietnam Propaganda Liberation Army Team (in Hanoi).
- Representatives from 15 groups: 1 group of Vietnamese veterans; 1 militia and self-defense group; 1 police group; 1 group representing various social groups in Hanoi; 1 group of students and youth from Hanoi; 10 groups of officers and soldiers from various military branches, academies, and military schools.
