- Candidates/parents should follow the corresponding steps of the chosen payment channel and should not close the browser until the final notification is received. If difficulties arise during the transaction, candidates/parents should contact the hotline number displayed on the payment page (of the current payment channel) for guidance or switch to another payment channel (prepared in Step a)).

c) Check after completing the fee payment transaction
- After successful payment, candidates will be confirmed to have fulfilled their fee payment obligation (the fee receipt can be viewed on the XT System after August 6, 2024).
- If receiving a transaction failure notification, candidates can retry the same payment channel or switch to another channel (prepared in Step a)).
- When calling the support hotline, if necessary, candidates should provide information about the failed transaction to the support agent by pressing the Transaction History button (in the XT System) to view detailed information about the transaction.
