- A written request for a license for provision of its education quality accreditation services in Vietnam (according to Form No. 06 Appendix IV enclosed with this Decree);

- A document proving that the foreign education quality accreditation organization is established and legally operates, issued by a competent authority of the host country or a legal international association;

- A summary of establishment and development of the foreign education quality accreditation organization, specifying assessment and recognition by the foreign education quality accreditation organization in the latest 05 years and links with relevant websites;

- A copy of Charter for operations of the foreign education quality accreditation organization;

- Curricula vitae and accreditor cards or documents proving the practicing status of accreditors, degrees and qualifications of accreditors providing education quality accreditation services in Vietnam.

When is the decision to recognize the provision of its education quality accreditation services in Vietnam of foreign education quality accreditation organizations revoked?

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 114 of Decree 125/2024/ND-CP, a foreign education quality accreditation organization shall have its decision to recognize provision of its education quality accreditation services in Vietnam revoked in one of the following cases:

- It has committed any fraudulent act in order to obtain a license to provide its education quality accreditation services within Vietnam;

- It intentionally provides education quality accreditation services in a manner that is contrary to regulations, resulting in false results of education quality accreditation.

- Other cases as prescribed by law.

What is the accreditation cycle for primary schools in Vietnam?

Primary schools recognized for educational quality accreditation according to Clause 2, Article 34 of this Regulation, after a minimum of 2 years from the date of recognition, can apply for an external evaluation and request for recognition of educational quality accreditation at a higher level.

3. Primary schools recognized for achieving National Standard Level 1, after a minimum of 2 years from the date of recognition, can apply for an external evaluation and request recognition of National Standard Level 2.

Thus, the cycle for educational quality accreditation of primary schools is 5 years.
