What is the prize structure for the "Learn about Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety 2024" contest of Vinh Phuc Province?

According to the rules of the "Learn about Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety 2024" contest of Vinh Phuc Province...Download, the prize structure is as follows:

1. Structure and number of prizes

The Organizing Committee will award 20 prizes, including 01 First Prize, 03 Second Prizes, 06 Third Prizes, and 10 Consolation Prizes.

Prize winners will receive a certificate from the Organizing Committee along with a cash reward. Specifically:

- 01 First Prize: Worth 4,000,000 VND.

- 03 Second Prizes: Each worth 3,000,000 VND.

- 06 Third Prizes: Each worth 2,000,000 VND.

- 10 Consolation Prizes: Each worth 1,000,000 VND.

Based on the results of the competition, the Organizing Committee may consider increasing the prize structure and value.

2. How to determine winners

Winners are those with scores arranged in descending order (according to the scoring method in Section 3, Part 3 of the competition rules) until fulfilling the required number of prizes as specified in the rules.

Under Article 7 of Decree 151/2024/ND-CP:

The responsibility of the Ministry of Education and Training in building, integrating, organizing educational activities about legal knowledge and managing legal compliance related to road traffic order and safety at preschool, general education institutions

1. The Ministry of Education and Training shall preside over, cooperate with the Ministry of Public Security and relevant ministries and sectors based on the provisions in Article 4 of this Decree, bearing responsibility to:

a) Develop a teaching program on legal knowledge about road traffic order, safety appropriate to each educational level;

b) Develop materials, integrate, incorporate legal knowledge about road traffic order, safety into the official program of preschool, primary, lower secondary education;

c) Develop a subject on legal knowledge about road traffic order, safety according to the content stipulated in Clause 4, Article 4 of this Decree for upper secondary education and vocational education institutions.

2. The Ministry of Education and Training organizes educational activities on legal knowledge about road traffic order and safety for preschool, primary, lower and upper secondary school students; incorporating law compliance on road traffic order, safety as one of the criteria for assessing and grading training results for students.

According to the above regulations, compliance with road traffic order and safety laws is a criterion for assessing the training results of students.

Thus, the training results of students committing violations against traffic regulations in Vietnam will be lowered.
