Persuasive Essay to Convince Others to Quit the Habit of Being Late for School Essay No. 2 Time management is a solution to overcome lateness, including going to bed early, allocating enough time in the morning to be ready for school, postponing unnecessary tasks, and anticipating traffic problems. Students can push themselves to move and act faster by setting their clocks ahead to make them think they're out of time. Teachers can also help students be punctual. They can explain the varied importance of punctuality and encourage good behavior through a rewards system. They can also add significance to the beginning of the class by giving quizzes early and discussing important materials immediately. Teachers must model good behavior. Students respect and follow teachers who are punctual, project professionalism and authority, plan valuable lessons, and dismiss classes on schedule. Students often late may face consequences. They might be detained or tasked with assignments by teachers. They could also miss examinations or cause other students to fail in group activities requiring everyone's presence. Some students, wearing beautiful uniforms, may not realize the basic principles they must adhere to. While most students are responsible and mature, they can do everything to avoid being late for school, such as setting an alarm clock, allowing enough time to get ready in the morning, and scheduling buses to arrive on time. They might not recognize their responsibility when interacting with lecturers if they cannot fulfill their obligations. When students arrive late, it can disrupt the flow of a lecture or discussion, distract other students, impede learning, and generally affect the classroom atmosphere. Moreover, if not controlled, tardiness can become chronic and spread across the class. Given the many reasons why students are late, understanding the causes can help guide instructors to respond appropriately without affecting the learning of others in the class. |

Disciplinary measure:
According to the Ministry's regulations, disciplinary action against high school students committing errors in fulfilling their rights and duties may involve 5 forms, applied specifically as follows:
1. Reprimand before the class:
Any student who commits any of the following errors during the implementation of school regulations, their own rights, and duties will be reprimanded before the class:
- Unexcused absences from 3 or more classes within a month.
- Failing to complete or prepare classwork or homework as per teacher’s instructions from 3 times or more within a month.
- Being late for school or assigned labor without the necessary materials for more than 3 times within a month.
- Using vulgar language, gambling, smoking, etc.
- Committing errors that the school prohibits, even if only once, having a certain negative effect on comprehensive education, such as cheating or assisting cheating, displaying inappropriate attitudes or behaviors towards teachers, parents, friends, or others, creating disunity in study groups, covering or approving peers' misconduct, failing to report known wrongdoings to the school for timely prevention, or other violations with equally harmful characteristics and levels.
- The decision to reprimand before the class will be made by the class teacher after consulting with class officials and class committee members and announced promptly during weekly class meetings. The class teacher will then report this to the Principal for monitoring.
