At the end of each semester, subject teachers must provide comments and assessments in the students' academic records regarding the achievements and efforts made by the students, especially in 12th grade when students need to submit academic records for admission to undergraduate programs.
Under Clause 1, Article 9 of Circular 22/2021/BDGDT, students' learning results by subject are specifically assessed at the following levels:
+ Qualified: When the student attends all examination and assessment under this Circular and obtain assessment at Qualified category.
+ Unqualified: Remaining cases.

(1) General feedback on subjects
Sample subject-based feedback Qualified: - Shows commendable effort during the learning process. - Has a good self-study conscience and knows how to help classmates during lessons. - Thoroughly prepares assignments and is diligent in studying. - Actively participates in class discussions, interacts well with teachers and peers. - Good analytical thinking during class. - Completes all homework thoroughly and prepares well for new lessons. - Possesses good skills in analyzing lesson content. - Has a self-study method for the subject and is diligent in studying. - Actively engages in group discussion activities. - Has good presentation skills, mastering lesson content. - Possesses good study methods for the subject, mastering lesson content. - Is confident and assertive during class, actively participates in building the lesson. - Shows a progressive spirit and has made remarkable progress across two assessments. Continue practicing to tackle more challenging problems. Unqualified: - Has not completed the required number of tests and results do not meet the requirements. Needs to work hard to improve knowledge and basic math-solving skills. - Results do not meet the requirements, need to strengthen review and focus on tests to improve scores. - Has not completed the required number of tests and results do not meet the expectations. Needs to enhance the revision of mathematical formulas and solve more exercises regularly. |
Feedback on Literature Qualified: - Has shown great effort, good text reading skills, and a sense of literary appreciation. - Has completed tests well and met expectations. - Conduct assessment based on requirements under formal education program.
- Conduct assessment while ensuring accuracy, integrity, fairness, honesty, and objectivity.
- Conduct assessment via multiple methods, forms, techniques, and tools; combine regular assessment and periodic assessment.
- Conduct assessment for student’s improvement; prioritize motivating and encouraging efforts of students in training and learning; do not compare students with one another.
