b/ Working in hazardous and dangerous industries and professions;
c/ Completing military service; police duty; military officers, police officers, professional servicemen, cipher officers, probationer graduating reserve officer training, command training of commanders of commune military command boards of grassroots military branches that awarded the rank of registered reserve officers, volunteer youth teams, young intellectuals volunteering to participate in rural and mountainous development for full 24 months or more that have completed their tasks.

Probation mentoring
1. Public service providers are responsible for guiding probationers to master and practice the tasks as required by the content of probation stipulated in Clause 3, Article 21 of this Decree.
2. No later than 05 working days from the day the public employee reports for duty, the head of the public service provider must issue a written decision appointing a public employee, who holds a job position equivalent to or higher and has professional competence, to mentor the probationer.

- No later than 05 working days from the receipt of the probationer’s report and mentor’s comments and evaluations, the head of the public service provider assesses the political, ethical qualities and job performance of the probationer. If the probationer meets the requirements, the head of the public service provider decides within their authority or writes a proposal to the competent agency managing the public service provider to decide on the appointment of the job position and salary arrangement for the recruited public employee.
Thus, the appointment to a job position for public employees after the probationary period is as follows:
