SUBJECT CHARACTERISTICS

History is a subject belonging to the Social Sciences group, chosen according to career orientation at the upper secondary level.

The mission of the History subject is to help students form and develop historical capabilities, components of scientific capacity, and simultaneously contribute to forming and developing essential qualities and general capabilities as identified in the overall Program. The History subject plays a leading role in educating patriotism, national pride, historical and cultural traditions, helping students perceive and apply historical lessons to solve real-life issues, develop vision, consolidate human values, community spirit, tolerance, benevolence; contributing to forming and developing the qualities of Vietnamese citizens, global citizens in the development trend of the era.
