- Commit fraud in exams, tests, recruitment; manipulate academic, training results of students.

- Distort educational content; teach incorrect knowledge, not in line with the viewpoints and directions of the Communist Party and the State of Vietnam.

- Coerce students into extra study sessions for financial gain.

- Smoke, consume alcohol, beer, and other stimulants during educational activities; use mobile phones during educational activities.

- Skip class, neglect teaching sessions, arbitrarily truncate the educational curriculum.

- Students must not engage in the following behaviors:

- Insult the dignity, honor, or violate the bodily integrity of teachers, staff, other students, or anyone else.

- Commit fraud in learning, tests, exams, recruitment.

- Engage in other activities; use mobile phones or music players during class; smoke, drink alcohol, beer, and use other stimulants during educational activities.

- Engage in fights, cause disturbances in the school or public places.

- Circulate, use harmful, depraved publications; post inappropriate content online; play games that incite violence, SEXUAL activities; participate in social evils.

- Ride motorcycles, electric bikes when not of legal age, without a driving license. Riding bicycles, electric bicycles, motorcycles in the schoolyard, snacking during school hours. Gathering in front of the school gate.

- Vandalize school property (desks, trees...). Waste electricity, water, fans, lights....

CHAPTER II. SPECIFIC REGULATIONS

Article 3. Student conduct relationships

1. Towards oneself.

- Actively cultivate moral qualities, lead a healthy, simple, honest, and modest lifestyle.

- Comply well with laws; regulations on social order, public safety, and traffic safety.

- Actively participate in crime prevention and combat against social evils and negativity in learning, tests, exams.

- Foster moral values, uphold spirit of responsibility, preserve virtues, honor and reputation of the teacher; display exemplary behaviors in front of students; love and treat students with fairness, and respect students' personalities; protect student's legitimate rights and interest; and cooperate with and support fellow teachers.

- Learn and train continuously to improve their health, political qualifications, and professional qualifications and knowledge, reform teaching and educational methods.

- Participate in refresher and training courses.

- Take part in local universalization of lower secondary education.

- Fulfill civic duties, comply with regulations of law and the education sector, and the principal’s decisions; perform tasks assigned by the principal and be subject to inspection and assessment by the principal and education authorities.

- Cooperate with the Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Vietnam Youth Federation, students’ families and relevant social organizations in educational activities.
