Steps to check the 2024 university admission results:

Step 1: Log into the system from the link to check university admission results 2024

Candidates access the Link to check university admission results 2024 http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn/ to fill in the information including ID number, login code, confirmation code, and then click the login button.

Step 2: Candidates check the admission results from the lookup menu

Candidates select the menu, then choose the function to look up the admission results.

Step 3: View the admission results

The results will prioritize the first wishes of the candidates. If a candidate passes the first wish, it will mark “passed” for the first wish and “failed” for all other wishes. If the first wish is unsuccessful, the system will continue to consider the following wishes.

Note: All admission options of candidates into the training institutions are processed on the System, and each candidate is only admitted to the highest possible wish among the registered wishes when the admission conditions are met.

What is the deadline for admitted candidates to complete online enrollment confirmation for Batch 1 on the System in Vietnam?

According to Subsection 8, Section 1 Official Dispatch 1957/BGDDT-GDDH 2024:

8. Enrollment Confirmation:

- For candidates admitted under the direct admission method, from July 22, 2024, to 5:00 PM on July 31, 2024, candidates can confirm their enrollment on the System (those who have confirmed enrollment will not be allowed to continue registering admission options unless permitted by the head of the training institution). If undecided about enrollment, candidates can continue to register admission options on the System or the National Public Service Portal like other candidates for the training institutions to consider, and if admitted, candidates will confirm enrollment according to the general schedule;

- No later than 5:00 PM on August 27, 2024, all admitted candidates must complete online enrollment confirmation for Batch 1 on the System.

9. From August 28, 2024, to December 2024, candidates wishing to apply for supplementary admissions of training institutions should follow the Admission Plan posted on the admission information page of the training institution (if the training institution considers supplementary admission). Admitted candidates who have confirmed enrollment are not allowed to apply for supplementary admission unless permitted by the head of the training institution.

10. Candidates submit proof of admission documentation at the training institution (following the training institution's instructions on time and location). Candidates applying for admission using aptitude test scores from another training institution must contact the training institution for registration, testing, or submission of aptitude test scores.

The deadline for admitted candidates to complete online enrollment confirmation for Batch 1 on the System is no later than 5:00 PM on August 27, 2024.

Can candidates in Vietnam apply for supplementary admission if they are already confirmed enrollment in 2024?

According to Clause 4, Article 21 of the University Admission Regulations, College Admission Regulations for Preschool Education issued with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT:

Notification of Results and Enrollment Confirmation

1. The training institution sends an admission notice to admitted candidates, clearly stating the necessary procedures for candidates when enrolling and the enrollment method.

2. Candidates confirm their enrollment online on the system before enrolling at the training institution.

3. For candidates who do not confirm enrollment within the stipulated time:

a) If there is no valid reason, it is considered that the candidate has declined enrollment, and the training institution has the right not to admit them;

b) If due to illness, accident, with hospital confirmation from the district level or higher, or due to natural disasters with confirmation from the district-level People's Committee or higher, the training institution considers and decides on the admission of candidates or defers the admission results for candidates to enroll later;

c) If due to mistakes or errors made by the admission staff or the candidate themselves, the training institution actively cooperates with the relevant individuals and organizations to review the evidence and decide on the admission of candidates or defers the admission results for candidates to enroll later.

4. Candidates who have confirmed enrollment at one training institution are not allowed to participate in admission at other places or in supplementary admissions unless permitted by the training institution.
