What are guidelines for online admission confirmation procedures for successful candidates of FPT University in 2024 in Vietnam?

The online admission confirmation procedure for 2024 is as follows:

Step 1: Log into the system

Students should access the website here to fill in the required information including ID number, login code, and security code, and then click the login button.

Step 2: Students should check the admission results from the search menu

Students choose the menu, then choose the function to search for admission results.

Step 3: View the admission results

The results will prioritize the first choice of the student. If the student passes the first choice, it will show "pass" for choice 1 and "fail" for all remaining choices. If the first choice is not passed, the system will continue considering the next choices.

Step 4: Confirm admission

After the student passes the desired choice, they will have the right to confirm admission.

Step 5: Choose agree to complete the admission confirmation

The student selects agree to confirm the admission.

Step 6: Admission status

The notification state box indicating "admitted" means you have successfully confirmed the admission and the university has received your information.

Note: Students will not be allowed to cancel the online admission confirmation.

What is the deadline for successfully admitted students in Vietnam to complete online admission confirmation for first admission on the System?

Based on Subsection 8, Section 1 of Official Dispatch 1957/BGDDT-GDDH 2024:

8. Admission confirmation:- For candidates admitted under the straight admission category, from July 22, 2024, to 5:00 PM on July 31, 2024, candidates can confirm admission on the System (candidates who have confirmed admission will not be allowed to continue registering aspirations, except in cases where heads of training institutions permit non-enrollment). If not yet decided to enroll, candidates can continue registering aspirations on the System or the national public service portal like other candidates for the training institutions to consider. If admitted, candidates will confirm enrollment according to the general schedule;

- No later than 5:00 PM on August 27, 2024, all successfully admitted candidates must complete the online admission confirmation for phase 1 on the System.

9. From August 28, 2024, to December 2024, candidates wishing to apply for supplementary admission rounds of training institutions will follow the supplementary admission plan posted on the admission information page of the training institutions (if the training institutions conduct supplementary admission). Candidates admitted and confirmed cannot apply for supplementary admission unless permitted by the head of the training institution for non-enrollment.

10. Candidates must submit admission verification documents at the training institutions (according to guidance on time and place from the training institutions). Candidates applying for fields that require aptitude tests using scores from another institution’s aptitude tests must contact the training institution to register, take the test, or submit the aptitude test scores.

The deadline for successfully admitted students to complete online admission confirmation for first admission on the System is 5:00 PM on August 27, 2024.

Where do students in Vietnam receive the admission notice for FPT University 2024?

Based on Article 21 of the University Admission Regulation, Preschool Education College Admission Regulation issued together with Circular 08/2022/TT-BGDDT, the announcement of results and admission confirmation is as follows:

1. Training institutions send admission notices to admitted candidates, clearly specifying the necessary procedures for admission and the method of admission for the candidates.

2. Candidates confirm admission online on the system before enrolling at training institutions.

3. For candidates who do not confirm admission within the prescribed time:a) If there is no legitimate reason, it is considered that the candidate has rejected the admission, and the training institution has the right not to accept the candidate;b) If due to illness, accident, with a certificate from a district-level or higher hospital or due to natural disaster confirmed by a district-level or higher People's Committee, the training institution shall consider and decide to admit the candidate or reserve the admission results for the candidate to enroll later;c) If due to errors or misunderstandings caused by admission officials or the candidates themselves, the training institution shall proactively cooperate with individuals or related organizations to consider the evidence and decide on admitting the candidate or reserve the admission results for the candidate to enroll later.

4. Candidates who have confirmed admission at one training institution are not allowed to participate in admission at another place or in additional admission rounds, unless permitted by the training institution.

Thus, the admission notice for FPT University in 2024 will be sent by the university to the address of the successfully admitted candidates.
