First, my mother cracked two eggs into a bowl. She added fish sauce and salt. Next, she stirred them well. After that, she turned on the gas stove and added oil. When the oil was hot, she poured the eggs in to fry. My mother rolled the eggs beautifully. Then, she took them out of the pan and cut them into pieces.

Today, I was guided on how to boil vegetables. The first step, I picked and washed the vegetables thoroughly. Next, I drained them in a basket. Then I added a sufficient amount of water to the pot. After that, I placed the pot on the gas stove and added a spoon of MSG. When the water boiled, I put the vegetables in. Once the vegetables were cooked, I took them out onto a plate. Boiled vegetables can be served with fish sauce and lemon juice.
Sample 3
I really like fried tofu. Last weekend, my mother made this dish. I went into the kitchen to watch her cook. First, my mother prepared two blocks of tofu and a tomato. She cut the tofu into square pieces of moderate thickness. Then she added cooking oil to the pan. Once the oil was hot, she added the tofu to fry. When the tofu turned golden, she added the tomato for color. Finally, she added fish sauce, MSG, and stirred well. My mother arranged the tofu on a plate and garnished with a few green onion sprigs. The dish was very fragrant and appealing.
Sample 4
I had a chance to cook in the kitchen with my mother. I learned how to boil vegetables. First, you need to pick and wash the vegetables thoroughly. After washing, drain the vegetables in a basket. Add enough water to a pot. Then, place the pot on the gas stove, add a spoon of MSG, and boil the water. Finally, add the vegetables and wait for them to cook.
Sample 5
Each week, my mother teaches me how to cook a dish. This week, I learned how to stir-fry meat. The meat needs to be thinly sliced and washed. First, I turn on the gas stove and add oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, I add the sliced meat. I fry the meat until golden. Then, I add seasonings such as fish sauce and salt. I mix it so that the meat absorbs the spices evenly. When the meat is cooked, I place it on a plate.
