Sample 1: Wind Chimes:
- Preparation:
+ Tools: scissors, pliers, small rope (parachute cord), awl
+ Materials: small wooden stick, seashells, watercolor paints, paintbrush
- Steps to make a seashell wind chime toy:
+ Step 1: Use an awl to drill a small hole (enough to thread the rope through) at the end of each seashell
+ Step 2: Cut the rope into segments of two different lengths (one type 20cm long, another 30cm)
+ Step 3: Use the rope segments to string through the drilled seashells, with the 20cm rope threading through 4 shells, and the 30cm rope through 6 shells (leave a section of rope at the end for use)
+ Step 4: Tie knots at the sections of rope close to the seashells to keep them in place and prevent them from sliding to one side
+ Step 5: Bind the ropes with the seashells onto the prepared wooden stick (alternate short and long ropes). Do not tie them too far apart, so the shells can collide and produce sound
+ Step 6: Use watercolor to decorate the wooden stick and the seashells

- Steps to make a paper rabbit toy:
+ Step 1: Draw 4 shapes like in figure 1, with dashed lines indicating folds
+ Step 2: Use scissors to cut paper according to the drawn shapes, for the base use pink paper over white paper and cut accordingly
+ Step 3: Glue two rectangular paper pieces to form the body and head of the rabbit, then attach them together
+ Step 4: The rabbit’s ears are to be folded along the dashed lines and glued to the head
+ Step 5: Glue the rabbit to the pink base, draw additional eyes, nose, and mouth, and you've got a cute rabbit for children to play with.
Sample 4: Paper Buffalo:
- Preparation:
+ Any color square craft paper
- Steps to make a paper buffalo toy:
+ Step 1: Fold the paper diagonally and in half in both directions. Unfold the two edges backward to create 4 equally spaced parallel creases. Continue folding the two edges in the opposite direction to get a paper sheet with small equal squares.
+ Step 2: Fold the paper along the natural creases to get a shape similar to an arrow. Fold it in half vertically, fold both sides along the top edges. Fold both inner points and fold upwards and outwards.
+ Step 3: Fold the front point down and fold the entire shape in half. Adjust both ears to be soft and curve backward.
+ Step 4: Open the body and fold up and down. Push both shoulders inward.
+ Step 5: Curl both bottom edges inward. Curl back both edges to form legs.
+ Step 6: Adjust the head a little, and you have a complete paper buffalo.
