(1) Writing Process
Be able to write text following the correct process, ensuring steps have been formed and practiced in previous grades.
(2) Writing Practice
- Be able to write a speech for launching a campaign or social activity; clearly present a system of arguments; have a tight structure with an impressive introduction and conclusion; use persuasive reasoning and evidence: accurate, reliable, appropriate, and comprehensive; know how to pose opposing views for discussion, debate; use illustrative and expressive elements.
- Be able to write discursive essays on issues related to youth.
- Be able to write comparative and evaluative essays on two literary works.
- Be able to write documents in the form of work correspondence or an issue of concern.
- Be able to write reports on the results of a project assignment or research results on a natural or social issue; use diagrams, and tables, explain illustrations, and use citations, and footnotes, and know how to present the list of references.
What are the minimum requirements regarding teaching equipment for 12th-grade Literature in Vietnam?
Under the general education program for Literature promulgated with Circular 32/2018/TT-BGDDT, the minimum requirements regarding teaching equipment for Literature in Vietnam are stipulated as follows:
- The minimum teaching equipment for Literature is a reference library, with adequate major texts, including literary texts, discursive texts, and informative texts; fully equipped with storybooks, and comic books.
- In each major text type, there are adequate sub-types: literary text includes stories, poetry, plays, and prose; discursive text includes literary discourse and social discourse; informative text includes expository texts and everyday texts.
- Some illustrations like portraits of major writers found in the curriculum; illustrations explaining the content and artistry of some major works like "Nam quốc sơn hà", 'Hịch tướng sĩ", "Bình Ngô đại cáo", "Truyện Kiều', "Văn tế nghĩa sĩ Cần Giuộc", "Tuyên ngôn Độc lập", etc.
