Under Section 5 of the General Education Program for Literature issued with Circular 32/2018/TT-BGDDT, 3rd-grade students are required to learn to write the following types of paragraphs:

- Write a paragraph recounting an event they have witnessed or participated in.

- Write a short paragraph describing an object.

- Write a short paragraph expressing feelings or emotions about people or scenes based on prompts.

- Write a short paragraph explaining why they like or dislike a character from a story they have read or heard.

- Write a short paragraph introducing themselves, mentioning important details such as their name, birth date, place of birth, hobbies, and dreams.

- Write a notice or short news report based on a template; fill in the information on some pre-printed forms; write a letter to a family member or friend (handwritten or email).

How many periodic assessment levels are there for 3rd-grade students in Vietnam?
