- 01 set of documents including the components mentioned at Point a, Clause 3, Part III of this Plan:

+ Confirmation of information on registration of public employee job transfer;

+ An application for a job transfer with the consent of the head of the agency or unit where the employee is working (Form 01 attached);

+ The written consent of the agency or unit wishing to receive public employees in Vietnam; which clearly states the position, title, occupation the unit needs to supplement (Form 02 attached);

+ The original curriculum vitae with photo, stamped border on the picture and on the pages, certified by the head of the unit where the officer is working (using the form of Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BNV) June 1, 2019 of the Ministry of Home Affairs) at the time of transfer;

+ Certified copies of diplomas and certificates in accordance with the standards of professional titles and employment positions;

+ A certified true copy of the decision on recruitment of public employees in Vietnam (or the decision on approval of recruitment results for public employees) and the decision on appointment of professional titles for public employees (the probationary period expires/does not apply the regime); probationary);

+ A certified copy of the current salary decision;

+ Health certificate with conclusion of being fit for work, issued by a competent health authority according to the provisions of Circular No. 14/2013/TT-BYT dated May 6, 2013 of the Ministry of Health guiding the guidance of the Ministry of Health. medical examination (within 30 days from the time of application submission);

+ The form of assessment and classification of public employees at the time of job transfer (using the form attached to Decree No. 90/2020/ND-CP dated August 13, 2020 of the Government).

Step 1: From April 21, 2022 to the end of May 6, 2022.

- Officials submit 01 set of documents at the Department of Education and Training's Department of Education and Training for receiving and returning results. (Address: 66-68 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1).

Step 2: From May 9, 2022 to the end of May 20, 2022.

The Department of Education and Training considers and evaluates the application file and issues a decision on job transfer for public employees in Vietnam.

Step 3: Expected on May 27, 2022.
