4.3.1. About budgeting:

4.3.2. Budget allocation:

c) For the funding for the procurement of equipment, means, tools and instruments: Decision of the competent authority approving the procurement from the middle budget to implement the Ordinance on Incentives for people with meritorious services to the revolution.
