6.3.1. Transfer of official party activities.
a) If a Vietnamese Communist Party member is decided by a competent authority to move to a new unit, retire, take a leave of absence, quit his job, serve as a service member or change his permanent residence, within 60 working days from the date of his appointment effective date of the decision or change of residence must carry out procedures to change official party activities.

c) Temporary party members shall not be counted in the party number of the party committee in the place of temporary living, but in the party number of the party committee in the place of official living; pay party fees at the branch where the party is temporarily living.
